The AMCA Employer Toolkit has been developed to provide AMCA members with a HR framework to work with and assist members in their business, providing them with access to best practice and compliant documents when employing and managing employees.

The templates and resources provided are simple to use and can be integrated into each individual business. Included in the toolkit are resources, guidelines and templates covering Recruitment, Induction, Probation, Employment Contracts, Workplace Policies and Performance Management.

These resources are provided to AMCA members to assist them in managing employee relationships and ongoing issues that may arise during the employment relationship.

Any changes to template letters may compromise their integrity and legal standing. Members should consider seeking professional advice before making such changes.
